Dr. Reaves was born and raised in Arizona; she splits her time between the Phoenix area and the White Mountains. Her love of animals began while growing up on a small ranch and has only grown stronger over time. She could never imagine a life without furry, feathered, or scaled companions.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Redlands before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Arizona. Her veterinary interests include client education, palliative care, chronic disease management, and dermatology.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, grandmother, and their home full of pets, which currently includes cats, dogs, ducks, chickens, goats, and donkeys. She also loves gardening, birdwatching, being out on the water, reading mystery books, and traveling whenever she can.
